Geocaching.com has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee on all items. This does not include shipping charges unless the goods were damaged or defective, or the return was due to an error on their part. For any issues, customers are advised to contact them as soon as possible.

It's important to note that all memberships, regardless of type, are subject to the Groundspeak Terms of Use. The Services and the available Premium Benefits may change from time to time. Customers will be notified in advance of significant changes to the Services or Premium Benefits that impact the value of their Subscription. If they don’t agree with any of these changes, they may cancel their Subscription.

The current prices for purchases of Subscriptions on their Site are available on their website. If a customer had an active Subscription in place as of June 6, 2023, they may be eligible for legacy pricing. To maintain eligibility, they must renew their Subscription no more than 30 days after expiration. If they do not renew within that 30-day period, they will lose legacy eligibility and their price for a Subscription will revert to the then current price.
